In the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 7, 2019 No. PP-4097 “On organization of Amiti University in Tashkent”, the reconstruction of the academic building of Amiti University in Tashkent was defined at address: Labzak str. 70, Shayhontohur District . Based on this, within three days (until February 13, 2019) we ask for your commercial proposals for the reconstruction of the building.
In addition, following documents must be submitted:
- A document confirming the state registration of the organization;
- the availability of working capital in the amount of not less than 20% of the value of subject of competitive bidding or a bank guarantee for the provision of these funds;
- the organization should have equipment, technology, human resources and specialists necessary to carry out construction work;
- civil legal capacity and authority to enter into agreement;
- the size of the share capital;
- experience in facilities similar to the competitive object;
- information about the volume of work previously performed in-house;
- planned amount of work performed on the competitive object (in percent);
- A document confirming the non-presence of rganization at the stage of reorganization (separation, merger), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- A document confirming the absence of a case involving the organization in court or arbitration proceedings.
