The psychologist of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorezmi, in order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks defined by paragraph 11 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 15, 2022 No. PP-167 “on additional measures for comprehensive support of Nuranians, improving their standard of living”, organizes work with lonely elderly people and lonely elderly people in need of outside help. in order to provide spiritual and psychological support to elderly people living at the university, volunteer groups consisting of psychologists and active youth have been created.
The volunteer group began to receive information about elderly people and people with disabilities living in the Tashkent city boarding house for the disabled “Muruvvat". The concert program was organized by a volunteer youth led by the university's youth leader, and all elderly people with disabilities were presented with charitable gifts from the university. The event ended in high spirits.
The management of the "Muruvvat" Home for the Disabled expressed gratitude to the university administration for their attention.
