In connection with the beginning of the new 2026/2027 academic year, first-year students at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi were introduced to the activities of the primary organisation of the Uzbekistan Youth Union and the projects being implemented at the university as part of youth policy.
To ensure the implementation of the relevant tasks, meetings with students were organised under the leadership of U. Quchqarov, Adviser to the Rector on Youth Affairs and Youth Leader.
During the meetings, students were provided with detailed information, supported by specially prepared presentations, about the goals and objectives of the Uzbekistan Youth Union, the activities of its primary organisation at the university, the Youth Council, and the opportunities being created for young people.
Particular attention was also paid to working separately with students from each field of study, learning about their interests and initiatives, and identifying talented and proactive young people who are ready to take an active part in projects at university and faculty level.
