On 23 December, the award ceremony for the winners of the republican stage of the national “Woman of the Year” competition was held.
In the “Women Scientists” category, Dildora Muhamediyeva, a professor at Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT), won first place and was awarded the honorary title.
The scientist has developed a program that uses artificial intelligence to detect breast cancer at early stages. The project is being successfully implemented at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Centre of Oncology and Radiology.
