In the XXI century, information technologies are becoming an integral part of the life of mankind. Currently, the influence of human capital is not enough for the development of modern education. Training at the seminar does not require building the volume of labor resources, but a qualitative change in the educational environment itself, methods, and educational environment. As a result of the rapid development of information technologies, the usual and in terms of its capabilities, Anaun and Electronic education is gradually being replaced by smart education.
