- Television technologies (Power supply systems, TV studio systems and applications, Audiovisual technologies, Physics)
- Radio and mobile communication (Electronics and radio engineering, Mobile communication technologies, Broadcasting systems)
- Economics and management in the field of ICT (Foreign languages, Postal technologies, Management and marketing, Economics in the field of ICT)
- Vocational education in the field of ICT (Information educational technologies, Physical education, Uzbek and Russian languages, Information and library systems, Humanities)
- TUIT BSUIRE joint information technologies (Information Technology Program, Programmable Mobile Systems, Artificial Intelligence).
Admission will be held in the 6 branches of TUIT named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, namely, Karshi, Samarkand, Urgench, Fergana, Nukus, and from this academic year in the Nurafshan branch.
At University and in its branches annually administered exhibitions on IT software and developments by involving professors, teachers, students and IT organizations.
