Staff access to mental health support
Evidence for the THE Sustainability Impact Ratings 2027 · Indicator 3.3.7 · Reference period: calendar year 2025
Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi gives all staff free access to mental health support. Every employee, academic or professional, can book confidential counselling with the University’s psychologists, and Friday is a dedicated day of psychological and legal counselling for women employees.

- TUIT main campus in Tashkent. Figures cover the main campus; activities of the regional branches (Fergana, Nukus, Samarkand, Nurafshon, and Urgench, which joined Urgench State University in 2025) are mentioned where TUIT took part. Activities described took place at the main campus unless a branch is named.

Confidentiality
Requests are confidential; the head of department is not informed unless the employee wishes. In 2025 112 employees received counselling.
