Elmurod Iqboljon ugli Najimov is a specialist with professional experience in public administration, the creative economy, tourism, as well as culture and the arts.
He was born on 1 March 1992 in Andijan region. He holds a higher education degree: he graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies in 2016 (Bachelor’s degree) and completed a Master’s program at the Higher School of Business and Management under the National Project Management Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2020.
Currently, Elmurod Najimov serves as Deputy Head of the Department for the Creative Economy and Tourism of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Prior to this role, he held senior positions, including First Deputy Chairman of the Culture and Art Development Foundation, as well as Deputy Secretary-General of the National Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan for UNESCO. Over the years, he has also worked in various managerial and coordinating roles, contributing to the implementation of key initiatives and projects aimed at sector development.
