• Born – 1968 in the Tashkent region.
• Education – Higher education.
• Graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Electrical Communication.
• Candidate of Technical Sciences.
• 1993 – Engineer at the Television Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• 1998–2001 – First category engineer, senior engineer, and head of the Scientific, Technical, and Marketing Research Center at the State Unitary Enterprise “UNICON.UZ”.
• 2005–2008 – Senior Advisor to the National Security Council of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• 2008–2018 – Deputy Director, Acting Director, and Director of the Scientific, Technical, and Marketing Research Center at the State Unitary Enterprise “UNICON.UZ”.
• Since August 2018 – Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “UNICON.UZ”.
• Khasanov Khislat Pulatovich is married and has five children.
