Our Commitment

At TUIT, we believe that high‑quality education and lifelong learning form the backbone of sustainable development. We are committed to expanding access, strengthening teaching and learning, and preparing our students for a changing digital world.

Key Achievements & Initiatives in 2024

  1. Global Education Programmes & Student Mobility
    • TUIT students secured participation in the “Seeds for the Future 2024” initiative by Huawei: 3 TUIT students were selected for the regional programme spanning 14 countries. https://t.me/tuituz_official/21498
    • In July 2024, TUIT launched a Summer Camp programme at Xi’an Jiaotong University (China) for bachelor’s and master’s students featuring advanced topics such as Big Data, 3D‑printing and innovation. https://t.me/tuituz_official/21250 These mobility and exposure opportunities enhance lifelong learning, broaden horizons and enable TUIT students to access global networks. https://t.me/tuituz_official/21054
  2. Digital Infrastructure & Teaching Enhancement
    • TUIT deployed a “Smart Classroom” in 2024 (via partnership with UNESCO‑ICHEI) which by mid‑2024 had logged over 672 hours of use by more than 200 teachers and students, supporting cutting‑edge courses such as Information Retrieval Systems”. en.ichei.org

    • This infrastructure empowers teachers to incorporate digital teaching methods and supports inclusive access to quality education across the institution.
    • A digital manufacturing workshop, a complex of advanced scientific laboratories was built to support innovative education and scientific research, allowing the implementation of new ideas into practice based on modern technologies such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC.  https://t.me/tuituz_official/27195?single

  3. Talent Development & ICT Education
    • During the “ICT Talent Summit” held within ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN 2024 (Sept 2024), TUIT participated alongside Huawei and the Ministry of Digital Technologies, focusing on digital skills development within higher education aligned with SDG 4. UzDaily.uz
    • In Saudi Arabia, In the final stage of the "Huawei ICT Competition 2024-2025", the "Sahiya" project, presented by 3 students of TATU, took 1st place and was awarded by the jury for innovations in digital inclusion. https://digital.uz/news/view/30878/
      These initiatives advance inclusive and equitable quality education by strengthening students’ digital competencies and enabling new learning pathways.

  4. International Cooperation and Research Mobility
    • TUIT entered into collaboration with Walailak University (Thailand) to advance research in AI, IoT, and promote student & staff mobility. wu.ac.th
      This international cooperation enriches the academic environment, provides broader learning and research opportunities, and contributes to lifelong learning.

Additionally, partnerships with community organizations can help reach underrepresented groups, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to engage with educational offerings and benefit from the university’s resources.

This policy was initially created in 2013 and revised in 2018 to strengthen its impact and relevance. TUIT is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community, ensuring that all students, staff, and visitors have equal opportunities to participate in university activities.
