Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs:

  • Organization of implementation of laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees and Orders of the President, resolutions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training;
  • Organization of educational work and training of qualified personnel on the basis of the state educational standards;
  • Providing knowledge of the complex of requirements for the content and level of preparation in accordance with the state educational standards by all faculties of deans, heads of departments and pedagogical staff;
  • Organizing the execution of orders of TUIT Academic Council and rector's orders on matters relating to the orders, decrees and instructions of the higher education institutions;
  • Studying the development trends of the education system of the developed countries, the methodology for implementing the tasks set out in the Law on Education, the National Program for Personnel Training and other relevant legislation. Development of instruments and ensuring their implementation;
  • Introduction of advanced forms of teaching, including distance education, introduction of new pedagogical and information and communication technologies, and their effective use;
  • Preparation of proposals and organization of business proposals;
  • Coordination, organization and control of the dean's work departments and faculties providing educational process;
  • Approval of work plans for departments, faculties and departments, and control over their implementation;
  • To improve the quality of the lessons, to ensure that the staff plans are implemented and controlled;
  • Organization of educational and scientific conferences, TUIT methodological council and pedagogical skills improvement, generalization of advanced methodological experience;
  • Management of training and publishing materials of educational-methodical and scientific materials, including magazines, scientific collections, TUIT staff;
  • Carrying out overall management of TUIT's educational and scientific and educational publications as well as publishing of the library fund;
  • Development of suggestions on professorial-teacher and staff assistant staff, organization of provision of chairs, departments with qualified personnel;
  • Job recruitment, training of trainee researchers and masters, development and implementation of professional development plans for professors and teachers;
  • Development of the issues of effective use of the educational premises, improvement of the technical equipment of the audience and laboratories;
  • Preparation of appropriate measures against students who violate discipline and workers who violate labor discipline;
  • Development of proposals for the organization of faculties, departments in cooperation with the related higher education institutions of foreign countries to improve the content of the higher education and the educational process, training of specialists in accordance with the international requirements;
  • Conducting annual reports on the activities of departments, faculties and departments, making analyzes and conclusions, conducting modern assessment of teaching and learning activities of professors and teachers;
  • Continuous cooperation with higher education institutions in academic and methodical areas, ensuring active participation of professors and lecturers at conferences, seminars, and collaboration with local authorities;
  • Carrying out work on identifying, analyzing and improving activity of TUIT in the established order;
  • Active participation in TATU internal certification, preparation and conduct of external certification;
  • Preparation for the academic year and ensuring the development of the academic work plan;
  • Providing and controlling the development of the University Education Year graph;
  • Providing and controlling distribution of training materials in faculties and departments on the basis of the current and current normative documents;
  • Controlling the use, use and distribution of audience funds at the University;
  • Control over hourly use of the university;
  • Ensure the availability and maintenance of the educational process;
  • Organization of educational process based on the state educational standards, management of teaching methodological boards;
  • Studying trends in the education system of advanced countries, and the way in which the objectives of the National Education Program for Education, the Law on Education, and other regulatory and legal documents organization of development of means;
  • Organization of publishing works on creation and translation of textbooks and educational and methodical literature, providing educational and methodical complexes;
  • Guidelines for the training, retraining and professional development of pedagogical personnel and specialists, development and implementation of plans for teaching staff;
  • Providing training curriculums and science programs for all educational areas;
  • Approval of work plans of the teaching staff, faculties and departments and control over their implementation;
  • Organization of training and production practices of students;
  • Organization of educational and methodological conferences, management of TUIT methodological commission, summarizing of advanced methodological experience;
  • In conjunction with the vice rector of science, the targeted training of students at the national and international competitions, the analysis of the Olympiad results, the continuous organization and management of students' preparation for Presidential and state scholarships;
  • Implementation of modern rating systems for student knowledge assessment, objective assessment of students' knowledge;
  • Organization of modern methods and tools for students' for independent learning;
  • Organization of qualitative preparation of issues related to the educational process on the basis of TUIT Scientific Council plan;
  • Participation in the control of faculties and departments' activities on effective and quality organization of educational process;
